Service Description

Commit to yourself and save with a 4 session Plan. For exploring, unpacking and finding strategies and resolution for a variety of issues or concerns. General Individual sessions will allow you to present many different problems affecting your day to day functioning, or to open new pathways that will assist you to move forward positively for self development and growth. These sessions are designed to work in conjunction with your process and unique cirucumstances. Book your first session at a time and date that suits. At the end of that session we will book in the subsequent 3 sessions that work for us both. I look forward to supporting you soon!
