Hourly HC PA Consulting 2.2

Service Description

P A Complex Consulting 2.2 - Family law preparation case curation. The hourly rate may be recommended after our Debrief and Directive, Initial Consultation or leading on from PA Consult Plan 1. If you are pre or post interim orders or require detailed building of your case (more that 6 hours), please see HC PA Consulting Plan 2.2. For intermittent case building or if only 1 to 4 hours of preparation and curation is required you can use the hourly rate. I will consult and coach you in the mental health aspects of either your "best interest of the children case" or "alienation of children case". I can assist you and your legal team in solidifying your case and finding experts if required. The hourly rate can be used for face to face case preparation sessions, reading, reviewing, and providing written recommendations and resources, and for building and documenting your ongoing case (affidavits, family reports (with priviledge), family therapy, expert witnesses). You can also use this rate for a case conference with your legal team or to work inconjuction on your case. If more that one hour is required you can book 2 to 3 hours (or more) in succession or at different times.
