Service Description

HC /P A Hourly Case Prep 2.1 - Family Report, Family Therapy or Family Law Case Conference and preparation. The hour may be recommended after our Debrief and Directive, Initial Consultation or PA Assessment. Hourly rates can be utilized if a full plan (under 6 hours) in not required, or you're unable to undertake a plan due to time or other contraints. If you are in the early stages of legal proceedings or are planning to take up legal counsel I will consult and coach you in the mental health aspects of either a "best interest of the children" case, or an "alienation of children" case. The one hour session can be used as brief preparation for Family report interviews or Family Therapy. We will start working through the procedures and questions that may be asked by the professional and how you are required to present and respond. It may also be utilized for reading and reviewing case materials, extracting pertinent information and composing relevant responses. You may use this hour for preparation to engage a Family Law Professional or for a Case Conference with your legal team. The hour can also be used to outline standard affidavit prepartion, including reading, reviewing and collating your draft affidavit, or documenting any recommendation or points of slippage (areas your legal team may not be aware of from a high conflict mental health perspective).
