HC & PA Assessment (8 hours)

Service Description

HC and PA Assessment (Standard 8 hours) - This assessment may be recommended after our initial consultation. The assessment will use an evidence based model to assess for child psychological abuse by alienation, coaching, undue influence or unjustified estrangement. The results will assist you and your legal team to establish if your children's circumstances constitute the fundamentals and parameters of family violence in the form of child psychological abuse. Alternatively, if your situation warrants proceeding with a "best interest of the children" case for your legal team. The assessment is for 8 hours of professional services in curating your evidence and involves approximately x 2, 2 hour interviewing (4 hours total) and 4 hours of my reading, assessing cases material, and writing up results. NB: Please chose the first available time and date to book this plan. Once booked you will be contacted to arrange a time for the x 2, 2 hour interviews. This plan is based on standard (8 hours) assessment work only. If your case is complex additional hourly charges with apply to complete the assessment. This will be discussed during our initial consultation. (This package is non-refundable!)
