Service Description

P A Consulting Plan 2 - Family law preparation. This may be recommended after our Debrief and Directive, Initial Parental Alienation Consultation or leading on from PA Consult Plan 1. If you are post interim orders or require detailed building of your case, I will consult and coach you in the mental health aspects of either your "best interest of the children case" or "alienation of children case". I can also assist you and your legal team in solidifying your case and finding experts if required. In this package you will receive 12 hours of professional time for, either/or, face to face case preparation sessions, reading, reviewing, and providing written recommendations and resources, and for building and documenting your ongoing case (affidavits, family reports, family therapy, expert witnesses). Some of these hours may be used to contact or work inconjuction with your legal team. There are no weekly time structures to this plan and hours can be used from an "on needs basis" by appointment. NB: This plan is for ongoing case building or complex preparation and assessment of cases. This plan must be ulilized with 12 months of the start date.
