Service Description

P A Consulting Plan 2.1 - Family law, Family Report or Therapy preparation. This plan may be recommended after our Debrief and Directive or Initial Parental Alienation Consultation. If you are in the early stages of legal proceedings or are planning to take up legal counsel, I will consult and coach you in the mental health aspects of either a "best interest of the children" case, or an "alienation of children" case. This plan is for 7 hours of professional services and must be used within 3 months of the start date. The 7 hours can be utilized for 1 to 2 hour, face to face case preparation sessions, for reading and reviewing case materials, for providing resources and recommendations in preparing your affidavit, documenting the case for your legal team's advise or coaching in preparation for a family report or therapy. NB: This plan is based on the preliminary work required for case preparation only. For ongoing or complex preparation and assessment please see Plan 2. (This package is non-refundable!)
